1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a form, enrolling in lessons, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided
You Rock School of Music LLC provides music education services, including but not limited to:
Private and group music lessons
Trial lessons and consultations
Performance opportunities and events
Communication and scheduling services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals age 18 or older, or minors with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
By enrolling a minor, you represent that you are their parent or legal guardian.
4. Enrollment & Scheduling
Lesson times are reserved on a recurring or scheduled basis
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled lessons on time
Scheduling changes are subject to availability
We may use automated systems to confirm, remind, or reschedule lessons
We reserve the right to assign or reassign instructors as needed.
5. Payments & Billing
Lessons and services may be billed on a recurring or prepaid basis
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of enrollment
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice.
6. Cancellations & Make-Ups
Missed lessons may not be eligible for refunds
Make-up lessons may be offered at our discretion or based on program terms
Studio closures (e.g., weather, emergencies) may be handled separately
Specific cancellation policies may be provided at the time of enrollment and will take precedence where applicable.
7. Communication Consent
By submitting your information or enrolling in services, you consent to receive:
Calls
Emails
Text messages (SMS)
from You Rock School of Music LLC related to scheduling, services, and promotions.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
8. Code of Conduct
Clients and students agree to:
Treat instructors and staff with respect
Maintain appropriate behavior during lessons and on premises
Follow all studio policies and guidelines
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, materials, and curriculum provided by You Rock School of Music LLC are the property of the Company and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
10. Media Release (Optional but Standard)
From time to time, we may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
By participating in lessons or events, you grant permission for the use of such media unless you notify us in writing that you opt out.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You Rock School of Music LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Participation in lessons or activities
Use of our website or services
Scheduling or communication errors
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12. Assumption of Risk
Participation in music lessons and related activities involves some inherent risks.
By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate services at our discretion
Refuse service for violations of these Terms
Clients may discontinue services according to the applicable cancellation policy.

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in the courts located within Rhode Island.
17. Changes to Terms
